Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 October 2026.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to pawsociety.online, an independent fan site. For privacy enquiries, write to contact@pawsociety.online.

The embedded game

Our homepage loads game.pawsociety.app in an iframe. Your browser connects to the game service when the window loads. That service may receive your IP address, browser information and information you enter inside the game, and may use storage for its own functions. Game accounts and their data are controlled by that service under its privacy policy and terms. We do not receive your game password or access the game’s account database.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It helps us understand page visits and use of our player controls. We do not send your email address, game credentials or game account details to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

You can decline analytics and still use the site and game. The “Privacy choices” control in the footer lets you change your preference. We save that choice in your browser’s local storage. If you withdraw consent after accepting, we stop this page’s analytics and remove accessible Analytics cookies for this site. Google may already have processed data sent before withdrawal.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Infrastructure providers may process information in other countries. We do not sell personal information.

Contact emails

Messages sent to our contact address are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our support mailbox, hosted by Google. We use the message and any reply address to deal with your enquiry. Do not include sensitive account details. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us.

Children and shared devices

Do not send us a child’s personal information. A parent or guardian should review the embedded game’s policies and account requirements before a child uses it. On a shared computer, sign out of the game when finished.

Changes

We may update this policy when our services change. The date above identifies the current version.
