Paw Society Not Loading? Browser & Login Help
A few practical checks for a slow download, an empty window or a sign-in problem.
First, give the download time
The current browser client downloads roughly 100 MB of game resources on a first visit. On a slower connection, the progress indicator may stay on one percentage while a large file is downloading. Keep the page open and avoid repeatedly reloading it, which can interrupt that first download. A stable Wi-Fi connection is helpful on mobile.
If the window stays blank
- Check that other websites load and your connection is working.
- Use an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and WebAssembly support.
- Reload the game once using the control below the window.
- If a content blocker stops the embedded game, review its per-site settings.
- Try the game’s direct page to see whether the problem also happens there.
If the direct page works but the embedded version does not, browser restrictions on embedded content may be involved. Using the direct page can help you continue playing while you report the problem. If both pages fail, the game service or your connection may be the cause.
If you cannot type or click
Click or tap inside the game window before using the keyboard. On a phone, turn the device sideways for more room and try full screen. Browser zoom can also change how much of the client fits on screen. Follow the game’s own instructions for activities that use different controls.
If sign-in fails
Check that you are using the details for your Paw Society account. A login from the original Facebook Pet Society does not restore that old game. We cannot see your password, unlock your account or recover a pet, because the game account belongs to the external game service.
Use the help or contact options provided by the game project. Do not email us your password, session cookie or recovery code.
Before clearing browser data
Make sure you know your login details. Clearing cookies or site storage may sign you out and remove local preferences. Start with the less disruptive checks above. Browser privacy settings and extensions can differ, so a second updated browser can be a useful comparison.
Report a problem with this site
Email contact@pawsociety.online with your browser, device, the page address and a short description. A screenshot of the error can help, but remove personal information first. We can investigate the page and its embedded player; the game operator handles account and server problems.
