What is Paw Society?

Paw Society is a browser-based fan reconstruction of Pet Society, the virtual-pet social game created by Playfish. Players care for a pet, decorate a home, explore a town and take part in social activities. The reconstruction uses original game artwork and brings the experience to modern browsers without Flash.

Is it the original Facebook game?

Pet Society launched in 2008 and closed in 2013. Paw Society is a separate fan project rebuilding that experience. It is not an official relaunch by Electronic Arts or Playfish. Its creators describe it as a non-commercial project for preservation and study.

The original player database is not available to the reconstruction. You begin with a new Paw Society account; an old Facebook pet, house or item collection cannot be recovered through this site.

What this website provides

Pawsociety.online is an independent fan site with an embedded game window and English guides. We keep the play area at the top of the homepage so you can reach it quickly. The live game is served directly by game.pawsociety.app.

We do not operate the game’s servers, own its account system or represent its developers. Signing in inside the game connects you to the game service. Our guides explain the experience, while the live client determines current features, prices and availability.

Editorial approach

Our guides are written for this site and draw on the game project’s public pages and the browser client. Each guide links to its sources. We use original game imagery, with attribution, so the pictures show the world players are looking for. We avoid inventing gift codes, reward rates or release promises.
